Partners Healthcare Services is the healthcare tenant and buyer representation team of Partners Real Estate. The team began in 2009 as Crown Tenant Advisors in Atlanta and joined Partners in July 2026.
We represent medical, dental and veterinary practices on lease renewals, new locations, relocations and building purchases. Our own brokers are on the ground in Texas, Georgia, the Carolinas and Indiana. In any other market we bring in the best healthcare broker there and run the assignment with them.
Many of us came to real estate from healthcare, from Eli Lilly, dental equipment, medical device sales and practice ownership, so the people negotiating your lease know how a practice runs.
